Every Rhizo instance runs on Google Cloud Platform with a dedicated compute service and an isolated database - your architecture data is never commingled with another organisation's. No telemetry, no shared schemas, no cross-tenant access.
Configurable roles with granular per-feature permission keys, supplemented by card-level stakeholder roles that grant additional access on specific assets. Administrators define exactly what each team member can view, create, edit, or approve.
Every create, update, and delete action is recorded in a structured event log linked to the actor, timestamp, and affected asset. The MCP server additionally tracks write operations in labelled mutation batches, making AI-agent actions fully attributable and reversible.
